Little gloves - Sormikkaat

Pattern / Ohje: Basic glove pattern from Ann Budd "The Knitter's Handy Book of Patterns"
Yarn / Lanka: Cascade 220
Needles / Puikot: US 6 / 4 mm

These gloves were a super quick project, they only took one weekend. I was proofreading book materials at the same time. The book I've been making with Mari is going to hit the press next week and we're so excited!

Tämä oli todellinen pikaprojekti. Sormikkaiden tarve tuli (taas) yllättäen, joten neuloin nämä valmiiksi viime viikonloppuna, tarkistaen samalla kirjan materiaaleja viimeisiä kertoja. Marin ja mun kirja menee kohta painoon ja jännittää ihan hurjasti!



Today we took a trip into the woods and I got a chance to take some photos. Besides photographing gloves, I also played with water and slow shutter speed. I didn't have my tripod with me, but fortunately there were stones I could use as one.

Tänään mentiin metsäretkelle ja kuvasin samalla sormikkaat. Jäin myös pitkäksi toviksi leikkimään pienten vesiputousten äärelle, jalustaa ei ollut mukana mutta luonto tarjosi siihen sopivia kiviä :)
